If you are unable to open your course, and the icons are 'greyed out' (as below) this could be due to a few reasons. If you have this problem, please read the below information:
The course you are enrolled on will not be accessible until the displayed start time.
If you confirmed your place on the course at a late stage your account may have not yet fully processed. If this applies to you, please be patient, your account will soon be fully activated.
If you can login, but cannot see any course content at all, either in the My Courses area or in your calendar, please report it as a ticket here: https://help.intostudy.com/support/tickets/new
Finally, please make sure you have successfully set the timezone to your country. A video guide for how to do this can be seen here:
