Attendance
- During your time at INTO Newcastle University your attendance at all classes and activities will be noted for every class whether online or in person and whether the class is live or a recording.
- You are expected to attend ALL classes on your timetable.
- You must attend classes from the start. If you late in joining, you may not be permitted to attend by the teacher.
- Recorded lectures or activities must be viewed completely on the day they are scheduled. Failure to view the entire recording will result in you being marked absence
Attitude to your studies
- You must write politely worded messages and speak to staff in a respectful and polite manner and maintain a positive attitude towards your studies.
- A poor attitude in classes, improper conduct, or repeated failure to hand in work requested by your teachers without a proper explanation will result in your withdrawal from the Centre.
- If you are struggling with any aspect of teaching and learning, contact your personal tutor or the relevant teacher via email. You must clearly outline the problem.
