Accessing INTO University of East Anglia systems and support

As a student of INTO University of East Anglia (UEA) you have access to student support and learning tools whether you are studying on-campus or online.

Academic English courses:

Will be taught on the INTO online learning environment, Brightspace. Live online classes will be delivered either using Microsoft Teams or Collaborate Ultra.

All other courses:

Will be taught on the UEA online learning environment, Blackboard. Live online classes will be delivered either using Microsoft Teams or Collaborate Ultra. 

All students will also have a UEA Office 365 account and email.

For student support or for help with the INTO online learning tools, speak to the staff in centre or report a problem services. If you have an IT issue with your UEA student account or with Blackboard Ultra, then it is best to contact UEA IT support direct using the details below.
