System Requirements for Online Learning

Please read the following information, to make sure your device is ready for online lessons, and so you have best possible online learning experience at INTO, 

 

 Keep your device up to date

Audio / Visual

This might seem obvious, but it is important to make sure you are working in an environment where you can see and hear your online lessons. Your device must also have a clear screen, speaker(s) and to be able to take part in the lesson, you must also have a working microphone. Most laptop computers, tablets and mobile devices have inbuilt microphones, but if you are using a peripheral microphone you might have to select it in your system settings: 

Internet speeds:

Please make sure you have sufficient internet speeds. Where possible, connect via cable to your router.

Keep your browsers up to date:

Please ensure you use either Chrome, Firefox or MS Edge:

Enable cookies in your browser:

Software Downloads:

You will be able to connect to the lessons in your browser, but if you want to install the software you can do so here:

Test Your System:
