If you have booked accommodation with INTO you should arrive to check in to your room on the arrival date stated on your accommodation agreement. The checking in procedure with other providers will vary.
For INTO accommodation, upon arrival, please report to: The INTO Building, Newcastle University, Percy Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 7RU where a member of staff will show you to your room. You will be allocated to a room in either Bernicia or Joseph Cowen Halls of Residence which are next to the INTO Building.
If you arrive when the INTO Building is closed please ring the INTO Helpline on 07532120169 or University Security on 0191 208 6817 and someone will show you to your room. (These are both 24/7 helplines.)
