I haven't got a grade what should I do?

You must complete all interactions in the activity to achieve a grade.  Please go back into the activity and make sure you have completed all tasks.

If there are videos, please make sure you have watched these until the playback has fully finished.

Complete the tasks, making sure to interact with all features, and complete the activity.

If you can see a hyphen symbol: ‘-‘ it means you have completed the activity, but did not achieve a grade (zero points). Please see this article: https://help.intostudy.com/support/solutions/articles/26000011517

If you cannot see a hyphen, or a percentage grade please go back into the activity and attempt to complete any missing tasks.

If you complete the previous step and still not receiving a tick, go to your teacher and explain that you are unable to gain a tick from completing the activity. Your teacher will then take note of this and no further action will be required.
